TRI-CITIES SOCCER NEW REFEREE FALL 2010 CLINICS

As of January 1, 2010 all new youth referees must be 14 years old to be eligible to referee. There is no exception to this policy.

For Fall 2010 season that means that you had to be born before 9/1/1996.

New referees to our program will be given a Level 1 status and will be “partnered” with another referee.  Either a friend of your choice or a “partner” will be assigned to you.

It is MANDATORY that all new referees, as well as those that want to substitute, attend one Part 1 – Lecture (2 hours) and one Part 2 – Instructional (1 1/2 hour) clinic to be eligible to referee.
