Tri-Cities Soccer Association offers coaching education at the beginning of each season. The educational sessions are planned for both coaches who are new to coaching, or new to soccer, and for our more experienced coaches we provide topics or trends in soccer to share with their teams.  The goal of TCSA is to train coaches to provide the type of experience to their children and teams that will keep them all participating in youth sports for years to come.

Coach’s clinics for Fall 2009 have been scheduled and are listed below. The clinics will consist of a Coaches Orientation and Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Workshop, Coaches Hands on Training and TCSA Rules Review.  As we prepare for our Fall season, we highly recommend that all coaches attend one training clinic.  It is mandatory that all coaches who are new to our program attend the Orientation and PCA Workshop.

Coaches Orientation and Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Workshop

Primarily for new coaches in the recreational program this session is designed to provide organizational structure information, along with critical information regarding weather policies, TCSA Code of Conduct, and facts that will aid coaches in issues confronted with parents regarding our Association.
