WINTER SKILLS TRAINING
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Winter training with our professional staff trainers runs weekly at
Sportsplex St Charles. Players will develop skills through fun activities and small-sided games.
AGE GROUP PODS
Players will work on all aspects of soccer with each session having a different theme.
SESSION 1 : November 3rd - December 12th
- U5/U6 - Thursdays - 5pm to 6pm
- U7/U8 - Tuesdays - 5p to 6pm
- U9/U10 - Tuesdays - 6pm to 7pm
- U12/U14 - Thursdays - 6pm to 7pm
SESSION 2 : January 6th - March 13th
- U5/U6 - Thursdays - 5pm to 6pm
- U7/U8 - Tuesdays - 5pm to 6pm
- U9/U10/U11 - Tuesdays - 6pm to 7pm
FAST FOOTWORK
Players will focus on individual dribbling and footwork skills.
SESSION 1 : November 3rd - December 12th
Tuesdays - 7pm to 8pm
SESSION 2 : January 6th - March 13th
Thursdays - 6pm to 7pm
GAME FIT
Players will work on their overall fitness level including conditioning, speed & agility training.
SESSION 1 : November 3rd - December 12th
Thursdays - 7pm to 8pm
GOALKEEPING
Players will focus on this important aspect of the game.
SESSION 1 : November 3rd - December 12th
Thursdays - 5pm to 6pm
